Capterra’s researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.

Offero is a robust volunteer management system designed for volunteer coordinators in local and state government, hospitals and healthcare, and other large organizations.
VolunteerMatters helps non-profits and municipalities with a large and/or complex volunteer workforce to automate and amplify their volunteer programs.
Offero is great and they are quick to respond to our questions. And it has been amazing to see them add so many enhancements since we starting using them.
How in depth some of the features are. It is hard to get from one point to another on the page if you are unfamiliar with the website.
We are able to communicate with participants and volunteers to run our programming in seamless and timely manner. Being able to run reports helps us better understand our impact.
Because our organization used the software across multiple programs it was difficult to get it to work for ALL of our needs.
I like how user friendly it is. Everything is visually accessible and once you are familiar with the site it get easier and easier to use.
It's hard to say what I don't like, since I am still learning more about the system each day that I use it. I think that the reporting system could be a little more intuitive.
Also, the customer service for this software is exceptional. Representative is great about answering all of our questions and is receptive to requests for new capabilities for the system.
The only difficulty is teaching volunteers to use a new tool but the on-line tutorials are extremely user-friendly.
It's user friendly and I was happy with the level of support I received. They were ready to help when I needed it.
At times volunteers can get confused by the navigation.
Volunteer Matters works well to create awareness of volunteer opportunities with our organization. It was easy to learn how to administer, and their customer support is very good.
There is no option to bulk delete shifts if there has been a schedule change in our programming.
Our organization loves the ease of creating volunteer opportunities, the option for integrated background checks, and the ability to design the application as we need.
I wouldn't say I have anything I necessarily dislike. As I learn more about Volunteer Matters, I may have some suggestions of things to add, but nothing that I outright don't like.
I appreciate the intuitive, easy to use platform, the plethora of information available in training videos and the help blogs, and the ease of launching the software.
Volunteer Matters suggests using Zapier, which charges and additional fee for Salesforce.
