Clinked is designed to meet the needs of both SMEs and enterprise-level businesses. It is widely used in the industries where collaboration, document management, and security are of utmost importance.
The search is fantastic and probably the best search engine I know. It goes through every single document to find all the words etc.
You may think you lost files while it's just a very buggy indexer. It is frustrating because there are very few tools who offer speedy search, contents indexing and preview.
Once everything is indexed, response times are fairly quick. Very good value for the price, especially if you don't need 100% accuracy with PDF files.
Now became completely useless, waste of time, waste of money.
The search results are rapid, accurate and comprehensive.
It now has recurrent indexing problems on basic things. I use it only to index local files (I have 20+ years of files).
I liked the software because it allows me to easily search for documents. Videos and audio production files.
This was mostly a problem with scanning OCR'd PDF files.
The software has a user friendly interface and awesome features, and could be integrated into your brand or website allowing easy communication between you and your clients.
It's awkward that you have a tasks option in all groups but are limited to using them in only some groups unless you upgrade.
What I liked the most about the software is that the interface is very clean, very organized, and very user friendly.
No more checking in with a team member to make sure we're talking about the same draft, and no more messy email threads with information we might only need to know.
Not only we can do the communication, collaboration and progress tracking from only one portal, we can also use it for the classes. Technical support is amazing too.
I faced troubles with some of my clients email (the CLINKED firewall did not accept them!). Hard to have a quick response less than 7 days.
This portal is a super professional portal with all the customised tools and a great support system. We hope to use it for a long time.
I think the limited amount of integrations could be a con if there was one.
