I love using ECP, I have used a few documentation system over the years geared toward AL/CBRF and this is by far my favorite to use. Also there tech support is beyond great and helpful.
Can be confusing to staff as it’ll appear as if that resident has no meds to take.
This is a very good, user-friendly and affordable product that has great value for the cost and good customer support. The software continues to improve and be updated per what we were promised.
The only thing I dislike about the software is the times of scheduled trainings and not having accessibility to watch the trainings after the class is done.
The thing I like is it is user friendly being that I’m not from the medical field it’s easy to operate and the help you receive from the owners and videos makes using the program easy.
I am currently only able to do it 5 minutes later and we have to enter a separate patch removal as a treatment. Staff often forget to remove the old ones if we are not doing this.
It is easy to teach staff how to use, it is user friendly to customize, pharmacy integration saves valuable nursing time, customer service is excellent. We have been very happy with ECP overall.
No real Issues with ECP its self. I sometimes have to wait awhile for Pharmacy to upload changes to medications.

Screens waste a lot of space on nothing but the comment or text boxes are very small and can't be expanded. Forms building is very complicated.
Their cloud hosting solution is reliable and stable. And they have some DR functionality to allow us to know that even in a major outage, we'll be able to continue on through.
The most frustrating part of Vision is that it was very hard to get meaningful data out of it.
