Salons looking to run and grow their business using our simple but powerful cloud-based platform.
Professional services and appointment-focused businesses looking to automate client bookings, cancellations, reminders, and payments by using the online scheduling tool.
Fabulous customer service at your fingertips is one of the best parts. Great for marketing, book keeping, customer service with your clients, booking and more.
They put my account on hold after trying to cancel their services. A ridiculous customer service representative froze my account so then no deposits could go through affecting my payroll.
The integration team was great with helping us get the system up and running within our designated deadline. The customer service was awesome.
Due to their error, I have been getting an influx of calls and emails from clients which is wasting so much time in the office.
It was very easy to learn, the step-by-step guidance is really helpful, and I like the way everything is laid out. The design is nice and makes it very easy to use.
Wrong service and product history for clients that can never be corrected. Financial transactions that regularly crash.
Our clients love the texted and/or emailed reminders. We love the ease of use and the reports/history.
Customer service is horrible, they get a sales agent to con you into services you don’t need then try to lock you into long contracts that you can’t cancel.
The best part about this software is the ease for customers to go on and book their own appointments and add to their own calendars. It also looks very nice on our Squarespace website.
The bad thing now is that I have to have 2 management softwares to control all my business.
I love that they offer numerous integrations making it super easy to get going. The help articles are truly helpful.
Their expectation is that you hire a freelancer to figure out the work-around. I found it to be too much of a "time suck" for the price.
It’s user friendly and was super easy for me to set up. Ve never had any problems and I like all the features like questionnaires.
Needless to say, I appeared very amateurish and not very professional and have lost a lot of business.
Hi, This software is better than other scheduling softwares I have used. The interface and clarity of email notifications is sharp and the functionality of the free version is excellent.
The same applies to setting availability. It can be a bit confusing when blocking off times by day.
Marissa G.: Hi, I'm Marissa and I'm a business owner and I give Booker on a scale of one to five, a three. For more information, click below. Before Booker, I was actually just using Google Calendars to book. We started with Booker when we built our business from the beginning and we built it from scratch. Booker has got a lot of functionality. It has a lot of tools that we were able to use very efficiently. The main things that we really liked was the flexibility in adjusting people's schedules, being able to split... Have classes and be able to offer a lot of different things that were all integrated into one system. So whenever we were booking classes, as well as massage appointments or acupuncture appointments, we were able to do it on one software. Booker is a pretty big... Just like any other booking system, it's a pretty big overhaul. It's something that requires time to set up. It took me probably a couple of weeks to fully build and set up the Booker software system. I would recommend looking at all of the options out there. Booker is one of them, but there are plenty of others that also offer more compatibility and better interface.
Matthew: My name is Matthew. I'm a CPA from Strat Associates, and I give Acuity five out of five. We use Bookedin first, and we switched away from that because they kept increasing the price and it got a little too expensive, and I researched probably 10 other options before I went with Acuity. I chose Acuity because it had capabilities to connect with my Outlook calendar, so I could have everything show up in both spots, and then I could also have our clients schedule appointments directly from our website. Onboarding is very easy to get going. It was a little bit of hiccup with some of the app integrations that they had, but we were able to get going with their customer support agents. I would say for what we use it for, it works perfectly and I'd highly recommend giving it a try at least.
