Macrostax Team vs Coaches Console: Which is a better fit?

I love being able to see the progress my clients are making and their nutrition logs to help actively coach them on their choices. Love seeing their progess charts.

Now that I’ve figured out how to leverage that toward the cost, I’m irritated I didn’t think of it sooner.

Super easy setup and incredible support from the MS staff. That has been the best part - all questions answered and no opportunity left unexplored.

So far nothing but I’m sure things will come up.

Super easy to setup, [sensitive content hidden] is awesome. Lots of support and completely customizable to put your own branding on it.

Ridiculously expensive, and seems needlessly so. We’ve used other programs that do similar jobs and this one is hands down the most.

This program is so easy to use. I love the ability it gives clients to track their weight progress and track their foods.

What I like least is the inability to access coaching features from the phone application. I have to have my computer available to review client diaries and chat with clients.

Another thing I love about Coaches Console is their responsiveness to the needs of their users -- they encourage feedback and suggestions for making the system better, AND they actually act on it.

They left 0 phone messages and then took me out of the program and kept the rest of my money. I wasn't able to use the program due a a large family crisis.

Their commitment to quality and excellent service makes this THE choice for coaches.

The program is incredibly confusing. You have to be in several classes (which they don't give you the schedule of ahead of time and are incredibly time consuming).

The calendar allows for great tricks and setting up a LOT of appointment types. Again the automated emails it sends, and they are branded with your logo are super.

All of the things it replaces (email marketing, contact database, scheduler) are all much more inferior programs than if you paid for individual systems.

I love being a part of this team. This is the best solution for every coach.

Very basic, many features are missing, such as direct interaction with clients. Also, I can't see it as a "coaching" platform, rather a "consulting" platform.
