The system was super easy to learn and they offer great customer service support. I love that you can communicate with patients right from the system.
It takes 5 clicks to get even the simplest task completed. Functionality is Not what they promised and the worst problem yet is that it is always down or glitching.
Overall, great software product at an excellent price. Customer support has been great too, so I would highly recommend this to others.
But we also found implementation staff to be unfamiliar with the system. Incomplete and incorrect information have been very costly to our practice needing to redo many aspects of the initial build.
What I like about PatientNow is that it's an easy to use software and great features that can opt in for.
I wasn't quite ready to switch over yet until... a few days later when our 2008 windows server had a failed hard drive.
They are very responsive to how my needs may differ from other product users and often add/adjust features to improve my work flow. I appreciate that the system is always changing and improving.
Information that you are currently entering can be lost if connection to internet is broken. Documents have to be locked before you sign.
I like the ease of use with everything being within a click. I think that the paper work itself is easy to use and user friendly with the calendar being connected to the clients chart.
Several incidents of lost documentation which were not a result of user error, but Azzly could not recover these documents. Slow response time on fixing issues in their system.
But my favorite feature is definitely the customer service we receive when we have an issue. The staff at azzly are amazing.
It is very frustrating that the calendar does not link directly to notes.
The Azzly staff are great to work with and have been great with regard to flexibility with our changing needs.

So we used a local web developer prior to PatientNow who just... It wasn't working. They didn't have sophisticated tools. They didn't have the potential to reach our customers and our patients, and PatientNow really has all the tools and resources to be able to engage with patients online, do patient management, patient retention, as well as build a top quality website for our practice. So PatientNow has a great reputation in the industry, specifically in our specialty of healthcare. So it was really a no-brainer to go with PatientNow. We had looked at some previous work that they had done for other practices and we're really impressed by the quality as well as the completeness of those websites, as well as the patient management, patient reputation that they were able to do for those practices. So that's why we decided to make the change to PatientNow. So whenever you do these large changes within a practice, if that's a website or a patient management system, these can be challenging. PatientNow has a great team that can walk you through the process. They really encourage feedback and guidance from us. So it's not just like a stock web platform that we use. We were able to provide insight and really customize what we want people to see when they come to visit our website and to see what services we offer and everything that we can provide for patients. So for anybody that would be considering making a switch to PatientNow, I would encourage them to ask a lot of questions, to really take what you need out of a website or what you need out of somebody that's going to manage your online space and reputation, to make sure that they can customize it to what you need. That way, it's not just a stock website or a stock way that patients can find you, but it's really customized to highlight and showcase what you do, the great results that you've had for other patients or for other customers or clients, and really work with the team to guide them and be a source of input for them, to customize your site exactly how you want it to look, and PatientNow has been great in doing that.
