The Studio Director vs Studioware: Which is a better fit?

The customer support at The Studio Director is amazing. We are very grateful to have live people available and ready to help when its needed.

How complicated some customized features are. Inability to quickly add a drop in class for a punch card student.

I love the inventory and ability for an online store. I love the recital/performance planning ability.

Online payment SPLITS do not appear on payment detail for the day after they are entered. Inability to make partial payment with Autopay feature.

The biggest thing that I love about it is the amazing customer service. Not only are they extremely quick to respond to inquiries, but very informative and helpful.

The family/EC information on the class rosters should not be centered; it makes them very difficult to read.

And the staff are great. I always have frustrations with computers, so I have crises from time to time, but they are pretty much resolved quickly, thanks to Studio Director.

Some of the things the program does we don't use or it won't work for our club. A few of the reports are difficult to read.

Love the ease of this software for my dance studio. It’s amazing to have it all in one place.

Missing some of the features of the pricier dance studio apps out there.

Love that it keeps records of all our accounts and makes the sending of emails and accounts calculation so automatic and seamless.

If they are invoiced for 3 months, it shows all charges for 3 months and if they want to know what their balance is through month 2, they have to add it up.

Can be easily configured to support any business model in our sector. Accommodates multiple revenue models, very strong invoicing functionality and an excellent customer self service portal.

We had one issue earlier this year with our credit card payment. We had fraud activity on our card we use for payment.

I like the ease with which you can create the student's accounts and the ability to due bulk payments or charges.

It had some glitches when making email templates, where I wasn't able to create my own templates.
