Extremely disappointed with the online version. The search bar does not work well, it is VERY slow, and customer service doesn't seem to be as friendly as it once was.

It was slow and really lagged, parents had issues with it, hard to work on mobile.
We have been using this software for many years and have been very happy.
Also, the accounting portion decides to change numbers which is embarrassing when you know and have printed out a report and a customer says they paid by now the software says something different.

The rating I give DanceBiz is four stars, and it'll become clear later why. For more reviews like this, please click below. Before using DanceBiz, we used Member Meister, and we have tried Class Manager. Now, for one of my dance schools, I still use Member Meister. For the other two dance schools, we've changed to DanceBiz, and the main reason was it connects straight to [inaudible 00:00:38], and all the payments go directly into DanceBiz, and that was the reason for changing, really. We chose DanceBiz because it connects straight [inaudible 00:00:49], and all our payments go straight into DanceBiz. We looked at some other options, and most of the other ones you have to... The ones we looked at, anyway, you have to put in the details yourself, or market the page yourself, whereas DanceBiz, it gets done for us, so that was a main reason for us. It was quite easy to integrate into business when we first started. They were very helpful. I actually personally didn't do it myself; my admin team did it, but we had to download all the names, addresses, etc., on the spreadsheet, and they put it all into DanceBiz for us. It was then our job to put it all into the different classes and make sure the kids were matched with the class. I think DanceBiz is good for dance schools; it worked well for us. There's a couple of little things I think they need to tweak a little bit, but generally, it's easy to use, it works well, so I would recommend it. It works for us.
