Kydemy is specially tailored for Dance, Music, and Art Studios, and other education centers.
Its ease of use is great for someone just learning the software and even better for those who use it daily. DanceWorks is also a reliable program.
That was a giant mistake!!!! Their costume conflict feature doesn't work so I'm back to going through the list of names one by one.
The team at Akada is great about taking feedback and trying to implement changes and customization. The customer service is very quick to respond and they are friendly and kind.
Extremely disappointed with the online version. The search bar does not work well, it is VERY slow, and customer service doesn't seem to be as friendly as it once was.

It was slow and really lagged, parents had issues with it, hard to work on mobile.
We have been using this software for many years and have been very happy.
Also, the accounting portion decides to change numbers which is embarrassing when you know and have printed out a report and a customer says they paid by now the software says something different.
What we liked most about the software is the ease of all the functionalities that it has. It is a very intuitive and easy to use software, which provides many benefits to both students and teachers.
The only problem is when the server is down, we stay limited but it is very rare.
And its relation quality price in the escalation with respect to the number of registered students has seemed to me a magnificent option.
It is difficult to find something to change or add to the software since it is constantly being changed by the developers applying all the proposals that you are making.
My overall experience is very positive and I recommend it for sure.
Sometime ago we got a problem with a version of the software that didn't work properly with our browsers, but they fixed it in the blink of an eye.
This software help everyday to control what is happening in our business, information and payments control, attendances, class books, online classes and everything is centralized in one platform.
