Medrio vs GoCanvas: Which is a better fit?

What impresses me the most about Medrio is their desire to be the best... not to make money, but rather to help people.

Medrio does lack a number of key 'modules' and some of the modules it does have cannot handle more complex studies.

I have been using Medrio for several years now to capture data for my clinical studies and have been very satisfied with the product. It has excellent customer service...extremely responsive.

Limited functionality when compared to other systems.

I love the ease of asking questions and the support folks. They really do a great job of getting back to me and helping me with my issues.

People with no programming background can begin configuring eCRFs after receiving just a few hours of training.

Ease of use and robust functionality are a few of the prime points for any user of eClinical/EDC. Our clients tell us they are happy with both of these areas when accessing their studies.

Separately, when problems arose post updated release, and threatened to push back our first patient in timeline, Medrio again responded with tremendous effort to investigate a deployment issue.

GoCanvas was the first and the only solution that we decided upon for our paperless contract documentation. We love the easy to use an app and the ability to scale with future employees.

Sometimes we have to triple check the data that we upload, the minimal error on the file can cause the app to crash.

Because of how easy it is to use GoCanvas, and because of the outstanding customer service, we have chosen to sign with GoCanvas for a full year.

Poor communication - bad customer service: Stay away.

I like the ease of use and the ability to customize it to our needs. I appreciate the support offered by the GoCanvas team as well.

Still waiting on a search function in completed jobs and I still have trouble when my reference file is to large.

Easy to customize to your needs and great accessibility for drivers on the road. Love the scan feature so that we can keep track of inventory at lot easier.
