It has so many features that we use daily, it is easy to use, it is very cost effective, and the customer service is outstanding.
It sometimes can be very slow , not sure if it is internet related issues. Sometimes the site will crash and can be frustrating when taking payments or in the middle of the lease process.
It's very user friendly, and easy to navigate. I love the reminders board as well as being able to set the bulletin board to help you manage your tasks.
The gate system will lag sometimes and customers will not be able to get into the facility and they will complain and we have to restart the system.

Centershift program locks up, not responding all the time, program overloads, hard to run, not easy to teach, Horrible program.
Helpful to have multiple users access the program at one time.
The system also doesn't have flexibility to adapt any regional languages.
