SiteLink Web Edition vs Yardi Store Advantage: Which is a better fit?

It has so many features that we use daily, it is easy to use, it is very cost effective, and the customer service is outstanding.

It sometimes can be very slow , not sure if it is internet related issues. Sometimes the site will crash and can be frustrating when taking payments or in the middle of the lease process.

It's very user friendly, and easy to navigate. I love the reminders board as well as being able to set the bulletin board to help you manage your tasks.

The gate system will lag sometimes and customers will not be able to get into the facility and they will complain and we have to restart the system.

Easy to operate ( and I am not to swift) great tech service, customer service. Sebastian was not only helpful but easy to work with.

Nothing stands out as a dislike, they even make it possible to use our phone in the event of internet power outages.

The set up was easy, the learning curve was quick, customer service is great, and the depth of its features is impressive. We are happy Sitelink customers.

I really dread calling tech support because i know that many times (not all times - but most) it is going to consume too much time.

Probably the best available solution for Real Estate and best part is it is industry specific solution.

Its frusterating to see them pushing this program to others when they refuse to fix the overloading problem. Software is complicated and used other programs to work.

I love that this product is web based. Our company has properties all over Wisconsin and I can easily control all aspects of rents, utilities, and work orders from any location.

NOt compatible with most software and gate software. Worst program i have ever used in my life.

This product does everything we need it to do. It is one of the keys of our success.

Centershift program locks up, not responding all the time, program overloads, hard to run, not easy to teach, Horrible program.

Helpful to have multiple users access the program at one time.

The system also doesn't have flexibility to adapt any regional languages.
