Customer service is excellent, worthy updates and financials all organized. I did some research and selected Revelation pets because it was simple and super effective.
I switched to Revelations after using another online software that was so complicated I hated using it and my customers hated using the online reservation system.
I love the tracking of payments, outstanding payments, ease of use, constant updates (I am actually excited when I know that updates are coming as they always improve the software).
For clients that paid too much and would like that amount to be put towards a future booking. I always worry we will miss it down the road if we just put a note in under the customer.
Taking reservations while I'm playing with the dogs just got a whole lot easier. Customer Service is fantastic and has been super speedy in helping with any questions I had.
We also have trouble reporting on invoicing for a specific period (invoicing for that period of bookings) as opposed to the booking report.

I love that it is smart phone and tablet friendly and I can access the information on the go. There are a ton of reporting capabilities.
So, if a client said they didn't have an appointment for grooming, we no longer have that email as proof.

Before Revelations Pets, I used to use Conerstone, however I wasn't too fond of their pricing after seeing other competitors, and their customer service wasn't that well as well, and I didn't like some of the responses I was that getting, it didn't seem like my results were getting as much. I chose Revelations Pets because it's very user friendly, all you need is about 20 minutes and you're pretty much an expert in the software. I love excellent customer service compared to my prior software, it seems like you reach a client representative at any time and I really liked the ability to export clients' information, that was very vital for me. Setting Revelations Pets was very easy, it basically took me about 10 to 15 minutes and I was ready to start bringing in clients and booking appointments. Basically their customer service is impeccable and their website gives a step-by-step process of how to go about it, so it was very user friendly and easy. So the recommendation that I have for using Revelations Pets is it is so easy and user friendly, their customer service is impeccable. If you have any questions or concerns, they're right there at a fingertip, and basically I would basically love the fact Revelations Pets uses the ability to listen to their customers as their customer service is impeccable, and I don't think that I could do without this, running my business.

PetExec resolves all of my business issues by managing the process, from booking through scheduling, through point of sale, and into payroll, and handles all my management reports, as well. I like the way the data flows smoothly so that I can book the appointment once and watch it as it goes through point of sale, and then it ends up in commissions and in payroll and all my management reports. I would like to see them make some minor changes to some of the applications. A digital waiting list, which they have in some of the different modules would go a long ways, and if they just put a simple thing like percentage on the tip calculator as opposed to dollars, that would allow me to toggle back and forth for the customers.
