Gingr vs PetLinx: Which is a better fit?

What we like best about the system is there is always someone to help us if we have questions and they seem to genuinely care that we are satisfied with their system.

They have no empathy for business owners in our industry and they are failing fast.

We try to offer our clients the best of everything and when it came to Gingr we knew it was an investment we would see a return on. Our clients love how simple, clean and accessible the software is.

I was turned off by the lack of customer service. One you pay, you’re basically on your own.

The customer support staff is dedicated with efficient customer care services. It gives us an opportunity to reach customers from snywhere and engage them on various pet care demands.

The software neglected to deduct credits off of packages for 2 days last month costing their clients thousands, anytime someone would post about this in their Facebook group it was deleted.

Not only is it easy to use, but it offers many great features that will help us communicate more closely with our clients and market our business. The customer service has been outstanding.

Some of the financial aspects were a little rough to navigate and sometimes had some glitches. Only place we're having trouble.

What we like most about this software is that we can set it up the way we like it to be. If there are ever any issues it is very easy to get a hold of people at Petlinx to get help.

No more accidental overbooking, forgetting to get a deposit, forgetting to charge for a requested bath - or worse still, not doing a paid for a bath.

Love this system, have had great support in times of need, and all Staff find it easy to use. Enjoy being able to personalise to suit my business.

Seems like it does a lot that I don't know about or make use of but is just too confusing to play with. Was also disappointed the email confirmation for customer appointments was not automatic.

The entire program is a good value and can be purchased outright with just service as an annual investment. The service is outstanding and responsive.

Trial does not allow you to see what will be offered upon purchasing and POS does not work for Canadian businesses.

It's the only software we have found that works best for us. We love the ease of the software and the boarding schedule is awesome.

Limited capabilites w/o spending more money to customize, ie reports, changing input fields, etc.
