What we like most about this software is that we can set it up the way we like it to be. If there are ever any issues it is very easy to get a hold of people at Petlinx to get help.

Seems like it does a lot that I don't know about or make use of but is just too confusing to play with. Was also disappointed the email confirmation for customer appointments was not automatic.
The entire program is a good value and can be purchased outright with just service as an annual investment. The service is outstanding and responsive.
Trial does not allow you to see what will be offered upon purchasing and POS does not work for Canadian businesses.

Pet Manager has been a fantastic company to work with. I love that they are small enough to be responsive to the needs of the users and are always striving to make the software better.
One limitation of Pet Manager is its current inability to support multi-pet households seamlessly.
The overall functionality of the application is excellent, and the customer support is outstanding.
MYOB integration (not in the position to switch to Xero unfortunately) and being able to create our own custom Suite Sheet.
I am really happy with this software. The company is so easy to deal with and they are more than happy to help you with anything.
Online payments integrating with Xero until I had a clearer understanding of how this operated. Some older clients tell me they have difficulty in navigating the booking portal.
It has been brilliant allowing to grow to over $450,000 Revenue in our 2nd year and 1st full financial year. The portal allowing customers to book and make changes is the best.
Have not fund anything a don't like with it so far.
