What we like most about this software is that we can set it up the way we like it to be. If there are ever any issues it is very easy to get a hold of people at Petlinx to get help.

Seems like it does a lot that I don't know about or make use of but is just too confusing to play with. Was also disappointed the email confirmation for customer appointments was not automatic.
The entire program is a good value and can be purchased outright with just service as an annual investment. The service is outstanding and responsive.

Ve experienced long delays in response to a question, problem or challenge at times. In addition there is a language barrier when it comes to explaining problems, glitch challenge I’ve encountered.

Everytime I see a downside or flaw, it's fixed or already in the works before I even begin to question switching back.

You can not split payments, meaning 2 different CC or CC and cash payment. It is hard to fix time clock mistakes meaning if a employee forgot to clock in.
Super easy to use and keeps all my appointments and info organized. Love the auto message features like the confirmation texts and review message.
And it still seems to have a few teething problems.
