PetLinx vs MoeGo: Which is a better fit?

What we like most about this software is that we can set it up the way we like it to be. If there are ever any issues it is very easy to get a hold of people at Petlinx to get help.

No more accidental overbooking, forgetting to get a deposit, forgetting to charge for a requested bath - or worse still, not doing a paid for a bath.

Love this system, have had great support in times of need, and all Staff find it easy to use. Enjoy being able to personalise to suit my business.

Seems like it does a lot that I don't know about or make use of but is just too confusing to play with. Was also disappointed the email confirmation for customer appointments was not automatic.

The entire program is a good value and can be purchased outright with just service as an annual investment. The service is outstanding and responsive.

Trial does not allow you to see what will be offered upon purchasing and POS does not work for Canadian businesses.

It's the only software we have found that works best for us. We love the ease of the software and the boarding schedule is awesome.

Limited capabilites w/o spending more money to customize, ie reports, changing input fields, etc.

Being able to route with ease is a lifesaver. My clients love that they can communicate directly to me when they get the confirmation texts.

Ve experienced long delays in response to a question, problem or challenge at times. In addition there is a language barrier when it comes to explaining problems, glitch challenge I’ve encountered.

It has made my scheduling easy, fast, and reliable. My clients love that they get reminders and I love that the software let's me know when a client has lapsed and I can send them a reminder.

Everytime I see a downside or flaw, it's fixed or already in the works before I even begin to question switching back.

Customer service is amazing and is always on top it when I have to reach out to them. I love the text messaging and so do my clients.

You can not split payments, meaning 2 different CC or CC and cash payment. It is hard to fix time clock mistakes meaning if a employee forgot to clock in.

Super easy to use and keeps all my appointments and info organized. Love the auto message features like the confirmation texts and review message.

And it still seems to have a few teething problems.
