PetLinx vs BusyPaws: Which is a better fit?

What we like most about this software is that we can set it up the way we like it to be. If there are ever any issues it is very easy to get a hold of people at Petlinx to get help.

No more accidental overbooking, forgetting to get a deposit, forgetting to charge for a requested bath - or worse still, not doing a paid for a bath.

Love this system, have had great support in times of need, and all Staff find it easy to use. Enjoy being able to personalise to suit my business.

Seems like it does a lot that I don't know about or make use of but is just too confusing to play with. Was also disappointed the email confirmation for customer appointments was not automatic.

The entire program is a good value and can be purchased outright with just service as an annual investment. The service is outstanding and responsive.

Trial does not allow you to see what will be offered upon purchasing and POS does not work for Canadian businesses.

It's the only software we have found that works best for us. We love the ease of the software and the boarding schedule is awesome.

Limited capabilites w/o spending more money to customize, ie reports, changing input fields, etc.

It's not as expensive and because of that I think it's great. They're constantly improving the product and I hope it becomes even better.

The second time this happened was so frustrating, our key staff member resigned - couldn't handle the stress of dozens of clients calling in the error in their account.

I love the system, the support is outstanding they take on your requests of innovation and changes are implemented quickly. It’s a nice one stop shop for my business.

Busy Paws advertises that the Learning Management System is comparable to "Kajabi or Teachable, built for dog trainers. This is misleading and FALSE.

So far so good, it is meeting my booking needs and the customer service has been amazing.

I have read complaints from others about the difficulty with learning the software and getting set up.

Their customer service has always been amazing and they have spent a lot of time with me fixing things or helping me understand how to set up services.

Also the fact that we have to use Stripe is annoying.
