Veterinary clinics use PetDesk to reduce their busy work so they can focus on better patient outcomes.
On-premise platform that helps veterinary professionals with records management, alerts, reporting, invoicing, automation, messaging, imaging, credit card processing, social media management and more.
They even enjoy the loyalty program. Our client relations team raves about how much time they have saved with the new form of communicating with our clients and how easy the dashboard is to use.
We purchased the texting option and the only negative we have found so far is the refresh rate (not instant).
And the video appointment option has grown in capabilities the past year to a level that offers fantastic clarity and capability.
To not be able to place pictures and be able to preview the whole message as it will be seen when it is published makes it very difficult to produce a professional product.
We have been with this company for a very long time and have seen them progress through the years. I love the dashboard it is simple and easy to maneuver.
There is no way to select a dr when making an appointment.
The customization for clients is great. Having an app readily available to reach clients through their smart phone is AMAZING.
I would like the app to block clients from requesting sick appointments, we have it listed in the note section not to use the app for sick appointments but clients still do it.
I like the appointment calendar and ability to color code doctors. I like the interface between the software and Idexx.
I hate that the new version is not out. We have been waiting for 4 years with no satisfactory answer of where it is.
It is easy to use, and there are some great features like the minimum pricing tool, and linking reminders with products and being able to easily enter and delete products.
Intravet is horrible and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. Six months of support calls and numerous problems and no transparency about the problems they are having with the software.
At the time it was the best thing in our market. The interface is straightforward, there is consistency with the upgrades and it's pretty easy to train new staff members on.
The problem would cause blocks to randomly be removed in the calendar thus creating scheduling issues and confusion. We have been blaming ourselves and our staff for the problem for the past 6 months.
The ease of use and search features are great. It was easy to look thru a patient's account for info, RX refills, reminders, etc.
Updates were delayed, eventually stopped. We were unable to upgrade our computers as even going from Windows XP to Windows 7 caused the software to repeatedly crash.
