We love the simplicity of use with this software. Our prescription compliance has improved since starting with this prescription software.
Our only complaint has been with the customer service phone center having extremely long hold times. Multiple times clients have complained to us that they can't get through to the phone center.
I love that they send clients emails promoting products and offering discounts. It saves us time and clients love the promotions.
It may be more the business rather than the actual software-lack of communication with my clients and their inability or lack of desire to stand behind the products they dispense.
Being able to approve requests online so that the clients receive their product quicker is nice. The auto ship option is a great bonus for clients.
Our clients complain that the customer side of things is difficult to navigate/understand.
Customer service has also been very friendly and helpful when we have had an issue.
I HATE how the automatic emails come from my hospital instead of Covetrus.
I like the appointment calendar and ability to color code doctors. I like the interface between the software and Idexx.
I hate that the new version is not out. We have been waiting for 4 years with no satisfactory answer of where it is.
It is easy to use, and there are some great features like the minimum pricing tool, and linking reminders with products and being able to easily enter and delete products.
Intravet is horrible and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. Six months of support calls and numerous problems and no transparency about the problems they are having with the software.
At the time it was the best thing in our market. The interface is straightforward, there is consistency with the upgrades and it's pretty easy to train new staff members on.
The problem would cause blocks to randomly be removed in the calendar thus creating scheduling issues and confusion. We have been blaming ourselves and our staff for the problem for the past 6 months.
The ease of use and search features are great. It was easy to look thru a patient's account for info, RX refills, reminders, etc.
Updates were delayed, eventually stopped. We were unable to upgrade our computers as even going from Windows XP to Windows 7 caused the software to repeatedly crash.
