It is busy which can make it difficult to train new staff members. The client/patient handouts can be found in numerous locations, and can become difficult to locate after a while.
Much of the automated features are great. I love that I can communicate with clients through it with ease.
Has an expensive annual contact with poor support. I've used this program for years and have found them to be expensive and unsympathetic to small practitioners.
