The product looks very clean and professional and those in reception, clinical care, and billing report good integration of all modules.
Inability to have a patient be on the waitlist in more than one location. When adding a new appointment into the schedule, inability to start typing patient name and having the system auto-populate.
The reports it produces are numerous and he ease of making custom reports is great. The documentation component is easy to use and configure, my therapists love it.
This did upset me however we had already signed a contract. To be honest had I known some of the features that are additional charges I would have gone in a different direction then Theraoffice.
Customer support have been amazing in helping out when issues come up and coming up with creative solutions.

The TheraOffice team did an excellent job of helping us implement this product and they have been great customer support as we have adjusted to the huge change in our office.
Sometimes, TheraOffice would freeze up and then crash. I would be left with a white screen with a red X through it, and often I would have to exit out of the schedule for my clinic and reopen it.
They are responsive, eager to help, and genuinely interested in making sure their system meets the needs of their clients.
I would like a way for patients to be warned regarding expiring authorizations and not be able to schedule out past their current auth in their chart to prevent any missed tasks.
I have been very happy with SPRY. The customer service and interaction with the SPRY staff have always been productive and I feel they have my clinic's best interest in mind.
Payment trouble for some patients. Not sure if it is just my browser, but I have to refresh the page a lot with SPRY, as my schedule will not repopulate after I finish documenting for a patient.
Ease of use, documentation flow very easy to navigate, strong billing, and prompt communication with excellent customer service from the Spry team.
Spry runs through updates frequently which does confuse me from time-to-time.
Overall, we trust them and know they seem to really care about our business's success and us as business owners, and we enjoy working with them.
There are a few key features currently missing that would significantly enhance its utility from a practice management perspective.
