The product looks very clean and professional and those in reception, clinical care, and billing report good integration of all modules.
Inability to have a patient be on the waitlist in more than one location. When adding a new appointment into the schedule, inability to start typing patient name and having the system auto-populate.
The reports it produces are numerous and he ease of making custom reports is great. The documentation component is easy to use and configure, my therapists love it.
This did upset me however we had already signed a contract. To be honest had I known some of the features that are additional charges I would have gone in a different direction then Theraoffice.
Customer support have been amazing in helping out when issues come up and coming up with creative solutions.

The TheraOffice team did an excellent job of helping us implement this product and they have been great customer support as we have adjusted to the huge change in our office.
Sometimes, TheraOffice would freeze up and then crash. I would be left with a white screen with a red X through it, and often I would have to exit out of the schedule for my clinic and reopen it.
We have a great relationship with the core team, are getting better analytics than before with our previous EHR, and really like the integrated billing.
I will warn others to stay away from HENO if it's the last thing I do. As a start up business they instantly put me in the hole by about $1000 for their error.
I have been really impressed with the overall functionality of this software and how well it has integrated with my practice. I have looked at other EMR’s and Heno has hands-down been the best.
I had received many faxes from physicians for that month but couldn't access them. HENO made me pay them to get away from this terrible company.
Heno has been an amazing software and EMR system to work with. Their customer service is top notch and their responsiveness to questions and issues has also been superb.
To add insult to injury, they also wouldn't let me out of my contract once I discovered the issue, even though I couldn't use their EMR for a full month because none of my faxes were coming in.
She is awesome: great energy, insightful questions, responsive answers that are concise (not smoke), enthusiastic about her role and gave me real timelines.
Especially with how much you are paying per month for their software and services, customer satisfaction is an industry standard that HENO is willfully ignoring and refusing to budge on.
