We LOVE iCims here, have for the past 10-ish years. The product keeps developing and growing; it's pretty impressive how they strive to keep pace for small to VERY large customers.
There are some inefficiencies as you maneuver through the system and a few misleading steps.
Overall, iCIMS Talent Platform is a great way of hiring the best resources for your organization. The dashboard is user-friendly and it allows one to track all requisitions through various stages.
I can't ever seem to figure out why some hires do not populate in reports which is frustrating and can lead to missed new hires.
Ease in creating and posting open jobs and recruiting candidates are awesome through this system. Reports are excellent also as well as the customize-able dashboards.

The best feature of Jobsoid is that it is a very user friendly software. If there are any doubts, then they are resolved at the earliest.
Some slowness in the publication of the vacancy. Fear of candidates filling out a form on another site for them, for example, if the candidate moves from platform indeed.
Easiness of use, good customer support, easy to track, good metrics given, good pairing with our local regulation.
Mainly candidates that are not qualified apply and after a couple a days there are no applicants. The role wasn't anywhere in the middle of nowhere or a very specialized skill.

Prior to iCIMS, we had PeopleSoft as our applicant tracking system and PeopleSoft had some limitations in terms of resume search. Having iCIMS allows you to optimize your candidate search and manage candidates more quickly and appropriately, and candidates have a better candidate experience. iCIMS is a great tool. It has a great user interface both for the talent acquisition recruiter, the hiring manager, as well as prospective applicants. It allows you to engage with candidates even if you don't have an open position, which it allows you to keep your pipeline warm. iCIMS Is very easy to set up both as an initial tool for an applicant tracking system or to migrate data from your previous applicant tracking system or your HRMS system for your talent acquisition needs. It's easy to use. It is a platform that is pretty quick for hiring managers and recruiters to get used to and use effectively immediately. Anyone who decides to use iCIMS as an applicant tracking system and as a candidate management pool, I would suggest also adding on SkillSurvey. And when you have SkillSurvey coupled with iCIMS, it allows you to conduct references for prospective candidates and your time to fill will decrease in a expeditious manner. So anyone who is considering iCIMS, I would suggest having an add-on with SkillSurvey to optimize both your candidate experience as well as your time to fill.
Frank B.: My name is Frank. I'm an executive vice president. We are in the technical recruiting industry and I rate Jobsoid five out of five. In the past, I've used many products which had many shortcomings. The biggest one being end user experience. We had three basic reasons to go to Jobsoid. Number one, cloud-based. Number two, it's ability to sync with our email packages, and number three, and most important, the end-user experience was excellent. Jobsoid was a simple product to integrate into our business because we had all our necessary requirements and everything set up ready to go, the transition to Jobsoid was simple and quick.
