With over 4,000 customers, iCIMS' Talent Cloud is made for enterprise organizations with over 100 employees, primarily in the healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, and retail industries.
Hired is curated marketplace for tech talent used by talent acquisition leaders around the globe. Hired is primarily focused on key tech markets in the US, Canada, the UK and other European locations.
We LOVE iCims here, have for the past 10-ish years. The product keeps developing and growing; it's pretty impressive how they strive to keep pace for small to VERY large customers.
There are some inefficiencies as you maneuver through the system and a few misleading steps.
Overall, iCIMS Talent Platform is a great way of hiring the best resources for your organization. The dashboard is user-friendly and it allows one to track all requisitions through various stages.
I can't ever seem to figure out why some hires do not populate in reports which is frustrating and can lead to missed new hires.
Ease in creating and posting open jobs and recruiting candidates are awesome through this system. Reports are excellent also as well as the customize-able dashboards.
It's very overwhelming and difficult to navigate. It's also very difficult to see where candidates are at in the process.
I like that it has all of the capabilities and integrations that are easy to setup and get working. I like the annual review of the system and the helpful advice iCIMS provides to improve the system.
Inability of workflows to work with each other. Limitations regarding employee referrals.
Hired has great customer service, and the team is really responsive with any questions about the platform. I also like how they provide tips on how to attract more talent.
We felt pressured into signing up from our trial because we had three offers out to candidates. All three candidates declined our offer and we still had to pay Hired which we felt was unfair.
The software was fine, it's got a very nice look and is easy to read. I was able to do useful searches and narrow down candidates by demographics.
Then there's no resume attached to the profile, and the LinkedIn profile they attach is not complete either. It makes it difficult to assess a candidate when there's no information on them.
It's great to see that the individuals who are looking for new job opportunities through the platform are proactive and engaged, and it makes the hiring process much smoother and more efficient.
I was not convinced by Hired: I tried the website two times and I never got access to it. This website wants to make hiring an elitist process... and it does not work.
It's a great paradigm shift. Having employers contact the candidates is a great way to ensure that there is a more aligned fit prior to consuming interview time from all parties.
If you are a recruiter it's mostly a waste of time and money.
Anthony: I'm Anthony, senior HR business partner. Our organization has 80,000 employees and I give iCIMS five rating. Prior to iCIMS, we had PeopleSoft as our applicant tracking system and PeopleSoft had some limitations in terms of resume search. Having iCIMS allows you to optimize your candidate search and manage candidates more quickly and appropriately, and candidates have a better candidate experience. iCIMS is a great tool. It has a great user interface both for the talent acquisition recruiter, the hiring manager, as well as prospective applicants. It allows you to engage with candidates even if you don't have an open position, which it allows you to keep your pipeline warm. iCIMS Is very easy to set up both as an initial tool for an applicant tracking system or to migrate data from your previous applicant tracking system or your HRMS system for your talent acquisition needs. It's easy to use. It is a platform that is pretty quick for hiring managers and recruiters to get used to and use effectively immediately. Anyone who decides to use iCIMS as an applicant tracking system and as a candidate management pool, I would suggest also adding on SkillSurvey. And when you have SkillSurvey coupled with iCIMS, it allows you to conduct references for prospective candidates and your time to fill will decrease in a expeditious manner. So anyone who is considering iCIMS, I would suggest having an add-on with SkillSurvey to optimize both your candidate experience as well as your time to fill.
