RentWorks vs Bouncy Castle Network: Which is a better fit?

We were looking for a great rental software company with a great price, we found Bluebird and have not been disappointed. Easy user interfaces and great customer support.

I'm human and I do make mistakes and once you finish out a contract and realize you have made a mistake, there is not a way to go back and correct it.

Software has a learning curve, but once you have the basics it's easy to use. Great support people, always friendly and willing to help.

The support is really bad. I have been trying to implement chip and pin for a year and they will not return my emails.

We have been using RentWorks for years and it's been great. Great customer service, issues are usually resolved quickly and the staff is always very helpful.

For your use, you must pay close attention because like many programs, it is blocked after 3 unsuccessful attempts.

And importantly a CEO who is accessible when you wish to speak with her. Great Software, great people.

I completely understand why certain things can't be accessed, but what was so frustrating was speaking to one CSR and having them assist us.

I have had an excellent experience with the site. Everything has been extremely helpful and everything has been great.

It was hard in the beginning to learn the system and hard to migrate my products and settings over from a previous provider. It is genuinely a case of 'you reap what you sow.

My overall experience has been good. What I like the most about bouncy castle network is the fact that you can call a phone number and talk to real people whenever you want and get help.

Showing the booked items also may leaves the customer with the thought of , ' next time I'll book sooner' or ' let me change the date for this items' , instead of going to another company.

I love easy the software is to use and set up. Their customer service is always super friendly and ready to help.

I was extremely nervous and not savy with computers.

I have built up a good strong relationship with the team and find any new member to the team always as happy and easy to talk to as the long term ones.

There’s no fault I can find. Perhaps an API for third party integration, but it would be such a far edge case for no real business requirement.
