Maptitude vs FME: Which is a better fit?

The best part is after I purchased the product, the amount of customer support I received was fantastic. Every time I had a question, the company would always reply back immediately with a solution.

So slow and non-intuitive that I get frustrated and usually just screen shot and cut/paste the data I need.

All in all, value for money, good quality output, a wealth of data and functionality and easy to use.

If there are any dislikes, I will be sure to address it to Maptitude first before airing any dirty laundry. More often than not, it is more likely user error that is the cause of any major issues.

The benefits have been providing invaluable insight to upper management regarding what kinds of opportunities are out there and consequently, giving the company a chance to grow via acquisitions.

The scaling and naming of streets sometimes makes it difficult to visually find streets. The search engine also does not deal well with misspellings.

It is a super-stable, powerful, easy to use, highly productive GIS. The speed at which it can manipulate data and display and label maps is amazing.

Honestly it's hard to overstate how much I love this product, and what it does to help our business. Fantastic product, and even better support.

Sometimes, with large datasets, it can have memory allocation problems.

Complete set of transformers that make you able to manipulate the geometry and the attributes as you want. It supports almost all kind of formats.

We sometimes find it more difficult than we expect to take desktop workbenches and run these in the cloud.
