DaySmart Pet vs Kennel Connection: Which is a better fit?

I love how easy it is to use the software. I love how quick technical support is to help if and when there is a problem or something I don’t understand.

Dislike they took away functions that we used regularly. Hate that we have to use Card Connect.

We like the ability to view clients and schedule, payroll feature is good, Dashboard shows the growth, Employees like to be able to view their schedules on their App.

Time spent dealing with 5 separate issues in 1 week is time wasted for clients and business. Lost sale today because I could not check out a retail CASH sale.

Over all it is a great product. I have tried to move to other programs, but this is still the best on the market for the price.

Company will send out random updates that crash the system.

Excellent costumer service friendly and professional technical support and a great tool to my business.

This is a source of frustration and we wish they would bring those functions back.

In summary, my longstanding relationship with Software Connection has been marked by reliability, innovation, and outstanding customer service.

It's been horrible, called support and they not taking responsibility for a bad software.

Oh I might mention I love that we integrate it with other computers in my salons it's wonderful to be able to check one out and check in, on the other computer at the same time.

There are frequent run time errors, features sometimes don't work properly and the inability to switch between open windows without closing them is just annoying.

I absolutely love when it's time to add on to our existing Kennel Connection services and there is a SALE going on. Kevin was great in helping procuring the grooming add on module.

Frustrating to move dogs because of steps. Training program very indadequate.

Ease of use on the desktop, and amazing customer service, even for someone like me who is not tech savvy.

Everything is manual and takes too long, and like a previous reviewer mentioned - you need to close out of every thing you do in order to see other tabs. The run time errors are annoying.
