DaySmart Pet vs Groomsoft: Which is a better fit?

I love how easy it is to use the software. I love how quick technical support is to help if and when there is a problem or something I don’t understand.

Dislike they took away functions that we used regularly. Hate that we have to use Card Connect.

We like the ability to view clients and schedule, payroll feature is good, Dashboard shows the growth, Employees like to be able to view their schedules on their App.

Time spent dealing with 5 separate issues in 1 week is time wasted for clients and business. Lost sale today because I could not check out a retail CASH sale.

Over all it is a great product. I have tried to move to other programs, but this is still the best on the market for the price.

Company will send out random updates that crash the system.

Excellent costumer service friendly and professional technical support and a great tool to my business.

This is a source of frustration and we wish they would bring those functions back.

The software itself is very easy with a little help on how certain things work its a great software.

Also when employees leave company and you need to edit them as inactive they disappear of the scheduling as well which is strange.

Overall we have been very happy with Groomsoft. I love that you take suggestions and upgrade it regularly.

As well as, incidents and customer complaints to avoid future issues with clients.

Groomsoft is easy to use and is very useful in many ways with my pet grooming business. Making appointments and especially the reminder feature is awesome.

I was so tired of all the laborious record keeping I needed to do on calendars, spread sheets - Keeping handwritten grooming notes on cards etc. I always felt things were incomplete.

I am extremely impressed and so happy I switched from another software that was expensive and I couldn't use half of it.

I really dislike not being able to put just a birth year in for a cat. Many clients do not know when their cats were born as not all are purebred...many are from shelters.
