I like the support I have been able to get while learning this system. The ticketing system is awesome and the conference calls are great.

If you have giftcards and a credit card machine that are not integrated with AestheticsPro, it can be confusing and difficult to navigate and set up.
The software is really user friendly and I enjoy how easy the schedule is to manage , some of the reports are useful.

Absolutely the worst billing company possible and I ahev used three so far, horrible off-shore service, restrictive contracts, extremely high rates, and zero feedback or flexibility.
I like the ease of use, the design is pleasing, and it's easy to navigate. The flexibility of inserting and moving sections, groups, findings is also a great benefit to charting.
