I like the support I have been able to get while learning this system. The ticketing system is awesome and the conference calls are great.
It is so clunky, confusing and glitchy. I cannot express in words the frustration i have been experiencing.
Overall this software was easy to use and was great for aesthetics practice. Patients were notified of appointments with it and the customer service was great with my rep [sensitive content hidden.
Customer service is hard to get in contact with - actually speaking with a live person. Automatic upgrade is frustrating as no warning was given and most info didn’t transfer over.
My overall experience has been absolutely positive especially with the help of the Support Team. They are truly fantastic and very quick to answer any questions.
If you have giftcards and a credit card machine that are not integrated with AestheticsPro, it can be confusing and difficult to navigate and set up.
The software is really user friendly and I enjoy how easy the schedule is to manage , some of the reports are useful.
After calling to dispute this they never reversed the charges.
We have been using this software since 2011. It is an excellent program with awesome support staff.
Correcting errors such as date of service can be difficult.
They are easy to talk with and most times actually put a smile on my face when things aren't always so cheery.
Maybe I’m wrong but there is so much competition in this field and these programs need to stand out and offers what others don’t and customer service is very hard to reach.
I like the way you can access a patient's entire chart in one spot, including billing and diagnoses. I like the ability to customize reports.
Also the pop-up stating that "Patient prefers to be communicate through Cell Phone Number" when creating/editing a Patient is beyond annoying.
I have enjoyed working with Lorraine. All I have to do is send an email to support and she is working on my issue in minutes which saves a lot of down time and I truly appreciate it.
Most annoying to me is the "Forms (to be filled)" box that comes up when setting appts. I wish that we could go in and choose not to have that pop-up appear.
