Changing over to accesso ShoWare for our ticketing needs has been the best thing we've done to help our ticket sales. It's easy to use and the product support offered is outstanding.
As with most systems, the inability to change the delivery method on a completed order and not being able to do a partial refund seamlessly can be a bit of a burden.
