Before Amazon Chime, we tried Skype for Business and Cisco WebEx, and also we tried Microsoft Teams. But all these three needs like on premises, which cost us for the servers and the licensing costs for the product. Coming to the Amazon Chime, we can build this on the cloud and the maintenance cost is also very low for Amazon Chime. Yeah, we ran into issues when we are using Cisco WebEx, like we need to upgrade for security patches and then sometimes it slows down and sometimes it gets freezed. So all these are like huge disadvantages when we are using the Cisco WebEx, but the use of Amazon Chime, like it's reliable, faster, and you won't have any network latency issues when we are using Amazon Chime because everything is on the cloud. Unlike the traditional method of building the servers and installing the app, it's complicated when we are using other stuff. Coming to Amazon Chime, if you can pick up a server and application on the same thing, like it's a single step process to install, and it's very easy. If you are large enterprise or a medium enterprise and struggling with the network latency and upgrades of Cisco WebEx or Skype, I completely recommend Amazon Chime because the servers will be taken care of Amazon and even application can also be taken care by them. So you won't need to bother about patching and slowness and network issues.
