They are very kind and have proven extremely helpful. I would recommend ThirdLight to anyone wanting a solid solution without having to pay the price for a TV Studio level solution or server back end.

Seriously, the only downside of using MyDesigns is the lack of a written manual. In their defense, however, there is no way they could create a manual when they are constantly adding new features.

It's a whole suite of tools / print providers to make other print on demand tools unnecessary. You could shift your whole pod workflow over to Mydesigns.

I can already see the benefits in having the subscription. I love being able to save time by having everything I need in one place.

It can be a bit tricky to learn, and still has occasional bugs.
