CORESense vs Lightspeed Retail: Which is a better fit?

My overall experience has been amazing because I have now better skills , I learned more and I can handle my business better.

Features and options sometimes "get lost" or are hard to find in all the text-heavy menus.

Whenever we have had issues, their support is top notch and get things resolved very quickly. It is truly a pleasure working with their support compared to many other tech companies I've dealt with.

While it's expected, it's always disappointing be misled by sales.

I like the fact that made me save time and was helping me to be more organized and make more money because of using it.

After numerous calls, meetings, and one failed "trial" and design layout with other companies we found that the people at CORESense "just got us.

I've been using CORESense for over 6 years now and have had good experiences with the platform. It's an excellent platform for non cookie cutter e-commerce businesses.

Customer logon and going to the checkout screen is slow, generally takes 8-10 seconds to make the transition. It has an antiquated back office that's very hard to use, even by experienced IT folks.

Great service, great product. We switched over to this as our POS system and we are very happy with the change.

You choose the first letter of the vendor and then you have to arrow down. Pretty dumb to complain about this, I know.

I love the flexibility of Lightspeed as it offers a multitude of integrations and options for expanding programs to our customers. We use their gift card and customer loyalty integrations every day.

Customer no service tells you what's wrong doesn't listen to problems.

Love using it, it's super easy. If I ever have an issue or I don't understand how to do something their 'help' function is really useful and the chat and phone support have been a real lifesaver.

He takes 2-3 days to respond to me and the tells me that I would not be receiving my money back because the product is damaged.

The conversion went as close to seamless as possible, the on boarding and continuing support is outstanding, and the product fits our needs beyond our expectations.

There are no plans for a solution-based response. For the most part, tech support gives their best effort to solve problems - problems that occur due to an inadequate product.
