Dendi LIS vs LigoLab LIS & RCM Operating Platform: Which is a better fit?

I like the flexibility of the product, the speed of the site, and the excellent and super responsive customer service from the Dendi team.

I am currently utilizing Dendi to streamline and automated reports such as Sample volume, sales commission, charges, expected reimbursements, affidavits, among other dashboard alike quick steps.

They are always quick to respond when an issue arises and love to hear feedback from their users that can help improve their product. The service they provide is top tier.

Since they move so quickly, it can be hard to keep up with at times.

The Dendi team has been wonderful to work with. They are super responsive and listen carefully to our requirements.

This is a fairly new ("cutting edge") product, so some people were resistant to change. Also, not every feature is as fleshed-out since it's so new.

We are also excited to see additional functionality like integration with lab instruments and other software which will help us scale workflow more efficiently in terms of both time and money.

Switching from a different vendor may be tough, due to the workflow updates.

For effective LIS software, the most important thing is to have a clean user interface that is simple and intuitive to navigate and LigoLab is excellent in that regard.

Sometimes setting up or training on a new type of test can be hard because there are so many ways to do one thing that it can get confusing.

Outstanding Anatomic Pathology Solution with Great Flexibility.

At times there would be a certain lack of responsiveness to requested implementation.

The system is highly customizable; there is "almost" nothing you can't do. We are able to produce beautiful reports that are easy to read; this is a huge physician satisfier.

With our current install - the CPT codes are not part of our database. This makes it difficult to correlate with our billing company's software.

I have been working with LigoLab for 4 years now and it is a great solution for our laboratory. It is leaps and bounds above our previous LIS.

Upgrades, testing, and implementations difficult to manage.
