All in One Software, SAP is rock Solid, reliable and well respected. BatchMaster running on SAP is can be customized to anything we require although out of the box it's good enough for us.
BME is somewhat unforgiving when inevitable input errors occur.
I would recommend that you give Batchmaster a try, it is a pretty easy to learn, user friendly piece of software and as I said before has all of the functionality we need and more.
There are a lot worse software systems out there.
The best part is the user friendly interface, it doesn't take much practice before you start feeling like you really know your way around the system.
It should not be using WORD.DOT and it should not accumulate in size when making more than one as the resources required can crash the computer.

Sometimes the wording used in small specific menus can be a little misleading. Using synonyms for words that native English speakers might call something else.
