It's reliable, pretty easy to use, and can do everything that I need it to do. It's rare that I need customer service, but their service has been very good when needed.
Customer service regularly gave differing responses when looking for tech support. The number of errors and low functionality of the forms were bad as well.
Great customer support and documentation. The free version is perfect for the beginner and as you grow they offer more features to support your growing email marketing needs at great prices.
The cons about it is the layout i think because of the fact that it looks a bit boring in my opinion.
It is easy to use and most powerful feature is the Drag and Drop editor. The customer support is very outstanding and helpful.
Unable to crop or make any edits to photos in the software. Formatting for blocks sometimes was off when the email went out.
I am using many platforms but AWeber is super easy to set up and use. The features are awesome especially integrations, marketing automation, email sequences and Landing pages.

I love the automatic campaign update emails that they send, it makes it easy to know what is working, and what isn't. Simple and easy, I love it.
However, I found that about 50% of people who signed up to my subscriber list had their names and email addresses blank. Basically I was losing half of my subscribers.
What I like most about MPZMail is the interface, from the first moment When I started using it in my company, I realized that it was very attractive and comfortable software for its use.
They asked me to send to them the image that I had problem loading (which I did) and they loaded it directly into my account.
We love the easy to design amazing looking signup forms, we use them for lots of landing pages. The newsletter designer is superb and takes us literally minutes to create stunning campaigns.
I was really disappointed when the WIX GetSubscribers app limited my newsletters to 3 per month without a monthly rate upgrade.
I really like the design of MPZMail, the truth is I think they made it to order to please the client who uses it, the design is quite comfortable and provides a good stay.

Moses: Hi, my name is Moses. I'm a digital marketer. So I give AWeber a rating of three out of five. For more reviews like this, click below. Before I was using AWeber I was using ActiveCampaign. Why ActiveCampaign wasn't working for me was because of the cost, and as much as it was user friendly, the cost racks up really, really quickly, which is why I made the change to AWeber. So the reason I chose AWeber was because it was a friend who recommended me. I look at the interface, it was quite easy to use as well, easy translatable from ActiveCampaign, which led me to making that choice of using AWeber as the next best tool I had for email marketing. So getting started with AWeber was really easy. There was some tutorials that was helping me to get it set up, but it was just like any other email automation platform. So it was really intuitive to use and there wasn't really much of a hassle or any technological barrier for me to start using it. So for anyone who's considering getting AWeber, my advice to you is to just get onto the free trial before actually making a purchase because effectively some people might not actually like the interface in terms of how AWeber is currently structured. It's a bit more of a old school interface, which why definitely get the free trial before jumping in to a paid subscription and to really understand the platform before getting into the paid subscription as well.
