Grasp Technologies vs Circula: Which is a better fit?

I love the Report Builder features and ability and love that I can schedule reports to be sent on a regular basis.

At first it was difficult to find the correct report to use. There are so many to choose from it can be confusing.

It is really a great experience dealing with Grasp and the user friendly experience that I have with them. The support team is really the best.

Expressions can be confusing and properties have changed a couple times.

Grasp has a very responsive sales and support team and that is critical for us. For a product to be truly great is needs amazing support and sales people and Grasp has it.

I always have trouble locating 'just the right' report with the data that I need. Too many choices, too many different options and names.

Everyone I have worked with has been extremely helpful, friendly and super professional. They treat you like you are a friend when you need additional one on one assistance.

Only works with trams and not clitnbase so Data is limited.

The software is very easy to use and easy to understand. The mobile version has the same functionality and works perfectly fine from my company phone.

The fact that it's calculated afterwards is confusing, and the way to check the amounts for how much you could get is very manual.

Can recommend as it is very user friendly. Completed and submitted work and travel expenses for the first time and it was a seamless experience.

Jumping from one uploaded document to another under the same expense report is a bit troubling.

Overall experience is very good and we as a company are happy to use Circula.

Error display unnecessary and creates confusion.

It has really helped me organize my expenses and invoices. Reporting module is good too and multiple invoices upload is a good addition.

Sometimes the automated features (i e calculating distance) give wrong results, so you need to double check from time to time.
