Organization of the data base can at times be confusing. Identifying the location of specific reports can be difficult.
The company is committed to improving the software and is updating it continuously. The support is excellent, all of their staff are very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable.
The desking tools for making deals is totally inadequate and we use a different software (Promax) for our desking and CRM.

We use the custom fields extensively, but find it difficult to report on those fields.
