Organization of the data base can at times be confusing. Identifying the location of specific reports can be difficult.

The desking tools for making deals is totally inadequate and we use a different software (Promax) for our desking and CRM.

IDMS allows us to, number one, track our client base from leads all the way through to past clients who purchased vehicles from us. It also allows us to better maintain our inventory and track the inventory we have in the vehicles on our lot. I like the fact that IDMS has multiple avenues to get to the data. You can search by inventory, you can search by customer, you can search by deal. You can see all of your data related to one deal in one place. I can see their trade in, I can see their customer details if they've purchased cars from us before, it also pulls all of their support financial, who financed their loan, et cetera, all in a one place. It just makes our processes real simple. I would say probably the fact that it logs me out when I'm not in it after three or four minutes, just because I think it's a safety feature, but it wants me to continue to log in, but that's it. There's hardly anything I can complain about when it comes to that software.
