Churches who want an intuitive church management software that’s easy to learn, yet powerful and flexible enough to meet their church’s individual needs.
Cloud-based church accounting platform that enables users to manage contributions, appointments, visitors' tracking, store inventory, payroll, membership status, attendance and more.
Overall, it has been a great experience. The ability to have our pastoral staff access the database when they need to without paying an extra fee for each little feature is very nice.
The only problem I encountered was that sometimes the tutorial video did not close when you told it to close.
We are very pleased and happy with Breeze CHMS and I would & have recommended it to others.
There are a few things I miss from our former church management software.
Implementation was seamless and straight forward. Breeze university is a great resource for our not so tech friendly users.
I've had an issue when trying to change the time of a recurring event--for some reason it only changes one specific instance instead of all of them, but that could be user error.
Great value and their customer support staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. It is a very user friendly software.
At this point the quarterly statements and how much editing allowed is limited.
Which makes it more user friendly. The security features are nice for limiting access to specific users.
We have lost information and had multiple corrupted tabled for one bad entry. So what is a bad entry, wrong date format, making corrections caused us to loose 4 plus months of data.
It is a robust program, has pretty much everything we need for adminitrative end of the business side of our spiritual center.
These people are rude! rude! rude. They have no patience or integrity.
We used this product for many years probably about 6 -7. I considered us a small congregation and it was or seemed better than what we had previously been using when we initially purchased it.
The Texting within the program is useless, and the mass email is combersome. Compared to more modern programs it is lacking essential communication tools.
The money they took was Gods not mine and will cost them dearly. I have waisted precious time and pray this review will save someone the heartache I've experienced.
For three years we have tried to work with the program and reread the manual making sure we accurately entered information, but it still failed to work properly.
Stephanie W.: Hi, my name is Stephanie and I work at the Bridge Church in Charles City, Iowa. I'm a NextGen Pastor and I give Breeze CHMS a five. Yep. So we looked at using Basecamp. We have used Planning Center in the past, but it didn't do everything we needed it to. There was a couple other smaller companies that were kind of up-and-coming when we first launched with Breeze, but Breeze just kind of had more encompassing things that we needed for the church. So Breeze just had a more comprehensive system that helped us engage with the congregants in our church. So it had organization for tags, we could use it through groups. I mean, it's easy for all of our small group leaders to use that as well. And we could integrate the giving portion directly into our website that made it super user-friendly for people to come in and give through the church website. So, I mean, Breeze was pretty simple. We did use Planning Center before, and so they talked to each other fairly well. So we were able to take all of our people from Planning Center and directly import them into Breeze, which made everything super seamless. Setting up our check-in system, our online giving, those were all very easy to do and very user-friendly. And if there was ever issues that we've had in the past, we could call customer service and they were with us within an hour talking to us and walking us through how to fix things. So it was incredibly user-friendly. The app is great. A lot of our people use the app too, so it's just been very seamless to go from one to the other. So, I mean, Breeze is such a great system for smaller to mid-sized churches to integrate a bunch of different systems. So, I mean, groups is fantastic. The fact that we can text message people through the app itself, you can check people in wherever you are, it's just been a really great system to have to utilize with our church because of how the functionality works for us. So it's just been a fantastic, easy thing to use for our church management systems.
