Data platinum miner makes no sense even after years of use. It is still hard for me and my co-worker to run reports and because of frustration, we tend to not use the software to its full capacity.

Some in the inactive had moved and didn't have forwarding addresses, and some were deceased. It was quite embarrasing to make this mistake.

Plus they have a fantastic database of videos and content to help me through new tasks, and they're always improving. So every year, they roll out some kind of new platform or opportunity that makes my job easier every day. Getting started with DonorSnap was super easy. I simply took the existing data that I had and was given a process and a personal person to walk through the process with me. It was truly very simple. It didn't take more than a couple of days, and they were able to customize the database for my personal needs and my nonprofit's needs. My advice is if you're considering getting DonorSnap, don't wait another minute. Walk, don't run. If you need something affordable, you need something that's going to improve your efficiency as a fundraiser and improve your ability to communicate easily with your donors, this is all you need.
