Tara: I'm Tara. I'm an executive director for a nonprofit, and I give DonorSnap a five star rating. For more information, click the link below. Before DonorSnap, I used Raiser's Edge, which is like the Cadillac of donor databases. And unfortunately, as expensive as it was, it was just not user-friendly. I never received the support or training that I needed. And being a small nonprofit, I just needed something that worked, did the job, and didn't cost a lot of money. DonorSnap did all those things for me, plus provided fantastic customer support. I chose DonorSnap for my donor database because it was affordable. It provided all the functionality that I needed as a professional fundraiser. Using special reports, I could generate content, thank you letters, live month reports, everything a fundraiser needs to operate efficiently. But also, because they really had personal one-on-one customer support. Whenever I needed it, they were just a phone call or an email away. Plus they have a fantastic database of videos and content to help me through new tasks, and they're always improving. So every year, they roll out some kind of new platform or opportunity that makes my job easier every day. Getting started with DonorSnap was super easy. I simply took the existing data that I had and was given a process and a personal person to walk through the process with me. It was truly very simple. It didn't take more than a couple of days, and they were able to customize the database for my personal needs and my nonprofit's needs. My advice is if you're considering getting DonorSnap, don't wait another minute. Walk, don't run. If you need something affordable, you need something that's going to improve your efficiency as a fundraiser and improve your ability to communicate easily with your donors, this is all you need. Don't look anywhere else.
