Arena QMS vs QT9 QMS: Which is a better fit?

Overall the software has been very useful to our company and the customer service has been outstanding.

Searches are confusing, and notifications are confusing. Circulating documents through Arena is a hassle.

Search options are very helpful; file associations are useful; BOM redline feature is very useful; being able to bookmark documents and the dashboard are also very useful features.

It was difficult to get ahold of customer service and the communication coming from the Arena team was unclear. They were so difficult to work with.

My experience with Arena has been fantastic so far. They aim to please and are improving the product all the time.

The location of all of the tools and features is a little confusing.

The Quality module and Product lifecycle management has been critical to our successful implementation.

There is no out of office function to pause training due dates for employees with an extended out of office.

From demo to deployment, the team at QT9 has supported me with each step of the process. Ongoing training and support has made the rapid deployment seamless and successful.

However, all records between complaints, corrective actions, and non-conformances are linked through a daisy chain scenario, but it can be awkward when retrieving records during an audit.

This really helps helps with implementation, and ease of use. I appreciate the stops built into the system to ensure important aspects are included in these records.

I had myself and one other person approving a risk and the other approver approved the risk and I could not make any changes. I had to delete the entire risk action and start over.

It provides the basics for the management of the quality for a small scale company at a good price. The pricing options are very good and adjustable.

The calibration module was the most difficult for us to implement as it operated a differently than the other modules.

The software is good and the staff is more than happy to help if you have a problem.

The collaboration feature was a little difficult to implement for our organization as we didn't find that it was very intuitive.
