Greenlight Guru vs QT9 QMS: Which is a better fit?

No training feature as yet and Risk management doesn't seem to work well for our style.

Our software currently has fewer than 300 requirements total and loading can take a few minutes. Traceability for risk doesn't yet work properly in terms of tracing right through to V & V.

In general, this is a very good upgrade from the manual, Excel-based approach we had been using. The automation of trace ability is Huge.

It is currently difficult to rate your system for me because Diabeloop managers decided not to use all fonctionnalities included within Greenlight-guru.

Documents are revised outside the system and then uploaded. Collaboration between individuals must be coordinated to avoid multiple versions being circulated for editing.

From demo to deployment, the team at QT9 has supported me with each step of the process. Ongoing training and support has made the rapid deployment seamless and successful.

However, all records between complaints, corrective actions, and non-conformances are linked through a daisy chain scenario, but it can be awkward when retrieving records during an audit.

This really helps helps with implementation, and ease of use. I appreciate the stops built into the system to ensure important aspects are included in these records.

I had myself and one other person approving a risk and the other approver approved the risk and I could not make any changes. I had to delete the entire risk action and start over.

It provides the basics for the management of the quality for a small scale company at a good price. The pricing options are very good and adjustable.

The calibration module was the most difficult for us to implement as it operated a differently than the other modules.

The software is good and the staff is more than happy to help if you have a problem.

The collaboration feature was a little difficult to implement for our organization as we didn't find that it was very intuitive.
