Agency manager using Kinnser have been an excellent opportunity for me to do my work better. I classify the usability of the system as high.
It took WAY too long to understand this program before I realized that I wasn’t losing my mind, but that the program itself was terribly plagued with bugs and technical issues.
The reporting structures are pretty through. Now that they have added PPS Plus it is simply a Win Win.
But unfortunately after the new version took place everything seem to go down hill. We started having problems generating claims, we were losing data with each software update :( Very disappointing.
The ease of training, and the xtra trading videos were a big help. I liked the price of the software.
We are a rural Home Health agency and are often out of service area and Kinnser has an offline feature that they charge extra for but that is cumbersome to use and usually does not work.
I love everything about it but I especially love the Kmail which increases communication with employees, keeps everyone up to date on current orders, etc.
We have used this system for years but have recently become quite unhappy with the product. This EMR has refused to take simple steps to assist agencies to be compliant with the new COPs.
You get an excellent product & excellent customer service for a good price. They are constantly upgrading their product and coming out with new features.
TERRIBLE reporting (especially marketing), restrictive customization (practically none), and just terrible customer service (outside of one gentleman and a lady, who was our onboarder).
They use great business logic. They seem to have a good handle on the future and what will be coming and help us automate for us.
It is especially frustrating when Clearcare keeps on apologizing but does not prorate the monthly bill for this huge inconvenience. I have complained to their management but they do not budge.
Overall the company culture is one dedicated to helping it's customers grow and improve. Obviously this is a company with very thoughtful leadership.
There is no answer at their offices, and when our staff tries to access software for scheduling, we get a generic message that Engineers are aware of the problem and it is being corrected.
You can access the system anywhere there is internet connection. Clearcare has excellent features and numerous reports to many to mention which can help you run your business effectively.
The system went down frequently which is really hard when you are relying on it.
