WellSky Home Health vs Trella Health Marketscape: Which is a better fit?

Agency manager using Kinnser have been an excellent opportunity for me to do my work better. I classify the usability of the system as high.

It took WAY too long to understand this program before I realized that I wasn’t losing my mind, but that the program itself was terribly plagued with bugs and technical issues.

The reporting structures are pretty through. Now that they have added PPS Plus it is simply a Win Win.

But unfortunately after the new version took place everything seem to go down hill. We started having problems generating claims, we were losing data with each software update :( Very disappointing.

The ease of training, and the xtra trading videos were a big help. I liked the price of the software.

We are a rural Home Health agency and are often out of service area and Kinnser has an offline feature that they charge extra for but that is cumbersome to use and usually does not work.

I love everything about it but I especially love the Kmail which increases communication with employees, keeps everyone up to date on current orders, etc.

We have used this system for years but have recently become quite unhappy with the product. This EMR has refused to take simple steps to assist agencies to be compliant with the new COPs.

This is great for comparing your own performance with other similar agencies, as well as opportunities for growth in other geographic regions or target referral sources.

There is so much offered and it can get confusing to remember.

It is useful to know which hospices have the Market share and then to investigate and find out why. As a new provider in our market we strive to be the Best.

Their opinion is that it is too confusing and difficult to find what they are looking for. This could be such a great tool, but it isn't there yet due to it's confusing nature.

Trella's support staff is amazing and they really make it more user friendly. I like the up to date data and ability to create a presentation from the data.

I live in a small town, and often times all of the agencies shown for a physician all show under 11 so it is difficult for me to determine exactly where my agency stands.

What’s liked most about Trella Health was how easy it was to learn and how quickly we have gained a wealth of knowledge about our markets in a short time.

The timing of the data greatly impacts how we're able to use it. With a 3-4 quarter lag, it's difficult to assess new & upcoming agencies in a certain area.
