Expensify makes expense management easy for companies of all sizes, from individuals tracking personal expenses to companies with complex approval workflow or integration requirements.
Wallester Business serves companies of all sizes and various industries across the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom.
Overall we are pleased with Expensify as it is easy to use and seems to be the best on the market right now.
The reports are very bad and it's extremely difficult finding old receipts based on how they sort them.
Expensify is a great tool for managing corporate expenses, submitting for approval and getting reimbursed quickly. It's easy to upload receipts, itemize expenses and submit to management for approval.
Mostly if fails at the main purpose, saving me time. Every months nearly every expense is duplicated, failing to match itself to the credit transactionnand this takes forever to fix.
My favorite thing about Expensify is how easy it is use. I liked the ease of use to uploading documents, verifying them, working on final reports, and other administrative uses.
There is no user support and the lack of reporting tools.
It's super easy to track your receipts during travel or at anytime really. You just scan your receipt with your smartphone, enter the amount, choose the account or category and you're good to go.
Expensify is the worst EPS I have used in 20 years of my career.
As a director of the company, I like the way that Wallester approaches our demands and our needs. The sales and customer service team are outstanding and very lucky to have them on our site.
We were charged an additional fee of 15 cents per transaction, because there were a large number of transactions cheaper than 5 euros.
The packages they have are very friendly in terms of pricing, the staff is amazing and the solution is just brilliant. Wishing luck to the team and looking forward to our partnership just grow.
We could use notifications when the balance is running low.
Very ease to use platform for complete transaction and manage business financial statements very ease and gives wonderful experience.
I don't like that each user doesn't have an authorized budget.
The best part has been ease of use which allows us to comfortably be in control of our expenses. Wallester dashboard has great financial reporting tools that help us understand our cash flow.
Sometimes we find difficulties to buy stock through the virtual cards.
Nasko: My name is Naskco. I'm the Chief Operating Officer for a food supplement company based in Kansas City, Kansas, and I give Expensify a five star rating. Prior to Expensify, we were using just Excel spreadsheets, making all kinds of entries with expenses and descriptions and amounts and dates and vendors. We were also using PDF documents and moving attachments with a bunch of emails going back and forth. We chose Expensify as we were looking for a solution to streamline our internal reporting process and also getting away from all the paper clutter. Eventually, you accumulate so much, and also that, as they pile up on anybody's desk, it just makes everybody's work so much more elaborates. We were looking for a solution that would help us streamline, keep records nice and clean and tidy and also allow us to start moving records in digital format. And this is how we came across Expensify, and we loved this from the very first go. Getting Expensify to go, it took a little bit as a personal experimentation. I created an account, logged in, started browsing the different options, figuring out all the details of categories, expense categories, making sure that we did a few test runs of expenses just to see how they get populated and reported. It took a little bit of getting used to the automatic smart scan feature after scanning a receipt and realizing that the option was actually left active. And for certain vendors, we wanted to manage manually the entries that allowed us to put in additional notes for the expenses and things like that. After the initial testing and probing and poking around, our next step was fairly easy, literally running with a real life scenario of expense reports that were for a particular timeframe. And it was fairly easy to do that once we had experimented and tried all the different bits and pieces of the initial setup. I would strongly recommend for anyone to take their time and get used to the app above online from a web version or from a smartphone app. It takes a little bit of getting used to it, finding the places and working with all the customization Options that exist. And that would be my top recommendation, just learn as much as possible, dive into any of the help settings, and also search online for help if you don't understand how a feature of Expensify works.
