MyStudentsProgress.com vs Classe365: Which is a better fit?

I am very pleased with MSP and the staff support that is in place to help with any issues that arise. Customer Service overall has been excellent.

Inputting report card information is not always easy. It is too bad that notes are lost when a student goes from potential or admissions to enrolled.

I have been really happy with MSP so far. It's easy to use and Cody with customer service has been extremely responsive and very helpful.

Need to leave email for question and then wait for call back. The reports are terrible and I have yet to figure out the directory.

MSP has improved the quality of our Parent/Teacher communication beyond measure. Using MSP has proved to be a great success for Saint Anthony of Padua Regional Catholic School.

Finding the information you are looking for as a parent is very difficult (assigments are hidden in a separate layer from the class and there is no easy way to figure out how to get there).

The customer service is awesome and the potential for great ease of administrative work due to the services offered by the program.

We hear back so quickly that we're almost never waiting on an answer to solve a problem.

The support team are also fantastic - quick to respond and always there to help. I am extremely happy that I made the decision to start using Classe 365 and recommend that everyone give it a try.

Invoicing is broken as it keeps throwing error.

I am very grateful to Nandan since this software is very new to us; but, because of his patience and accessibility, we can see the great benefits to having purchased the software.

No significant functionality problems. Class365 should upgrade the look of the site to make it a little more modern and high tech.

The benefits that I got from this software were It improved my computer skills because I gained lots of knowledge from using this software and it saved my time. It was very useful for my job too.

There are a few issues not giving me specific information about who invoices cannot be sent to and there seems to be no log of communication.

I love the design - it’s clean, professional looking and gives students a great introduction to our organisation.

Also, there is currently no graduation certificate available (transfer certificates are), but this was not a deal breaker for me due to certificates only being produced a couple of times a year.
