Voxco Online vs Indeemo: Which is a better fit?

I appreciate field management the ease of setup and deploy surveys reporting tools is easy and we can save a model of it.

So I log into the Voxco web server and get the IIS logs showing them the data showing up and that it was indeed their software losing the data. They denied their own server logs.

It is a solid data collection platform for our CATI and Online surveys. We have run over 1,000 projects during that time and the customer support has been very good.

It lacks many basic features. Their documentation is terrible, poorly written, completely lacks examples, and is poorly indexed.

For those working in the industry, it's a much more user friendly (to learn) software than other popular ones on the market.

It's clunky and has bad programming compatibilities.

What I like most is the ability to augment the native features of voxco using html, css, sql, etc., as well as the ability to create entire custom questions and integrate them into your survey.

I have used Confirmit (18 years), SPSS dimensions (3 years), Survey writer (5 years), two different in-house proprietary software packages and Voxco is by far the worst.

They're super helpful, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The team really take an interest in the success of your project.

In countries with no 5G technology or zones with poor internet or wi-fi, videos can take longer to be uploaded. This situation can sometimes cause frustration from participants.

Super easy to use and excellent, responsive customer service. Great platform to collect video-based responses, in particular, with straightforward respondent interface and built in transcription.

Some users reported confusion with having to choose a destination for their response, and sometimes we noted responses being appended to the wrong activity.

It allows us to gain deep insight into their lives in a form that is intuitive and natural to people. I love the depth that can be gathered over time, while remaining fun and light.

Mapping tools are limited, customer service are reduced at weekends.

Additionally, the Indeemo team is amazing to work with and they're always super supportive and make it easy for our participants.
