FlockBase vs SteepleMate: Which is a better fit?

Updates provides great enhancement. Very easy to get started entering data and reports are outstanding.

The Senior Pastor was very dissatisfied with the lack of features in the program and rude support so we asked for a refund and went with another program.

The superb support and quick and easy access to that support is a real bonus, and far superior to any I have experienced with ANY other computer-related matter.

There spreadsheet sent to me was completely confusing and over complicated. I never figured that out and skipped importing.

FlockBase is a great overall church program, user friendly and excellent tech help. Ken, who answers the phone is especially nice, knowledgeable, very helpful and patient.

The FB associate (remaining unnamed) repeatedly said to me rudely,”like I said” frustrated with all my questions.

It's user friendly and the tech support is excellent. It gives us the flexibility of information that we need and the reports are great.

Associate said that will be changed/added but he had no idea of that time frame. Also when importing a picture to the directory (used the correct format) it just loaded up an icon & not the picture.

Like the software and the ease of use. Going to make a great improvement in our systems that we use at the church.

Too early into the use to have any negative comments.

Communication is great and organization of all aspects is great.

The member management feature is clunky, and it is difficult to edit several people in one setting. There should be an option to hide unnecessary columns.

It has been a smooth transition using it. Customer service has been excellent.

I like that the company always listens to my feedback making the product even better.
