Curve is very good practice management software as is, and the ease of use and cost savings compared to having a local server based software is great. The support is phenomenal.
Billing was frustrating since you couldn't partially complete a claim and go back to it if you were interrupted by a phone call or patient interaction.
Charting, patient communication, and reporting are outstanding. Also very happy I can access patient charts, xrays, and reports from my phone any time, anywhere.
If someone steals a computer - they get nothing. If the office burns to the ground - you can call patients from any computer anywhere and reschedule them at a temporary office.
The seamlessness and ease of this software makes life so easy. I love that when an issue does occur customer service is readily responsive and always have a solution.
It is has been difficult to explain invoices, insurance, deposits, etc. This is somehthing I know you are working on.
What I like best about Curve is the smooth transition to the cloud from an in-house server. I am especially fond of the Curve Capture which pulls twain devices in with ease.
No option for CBCT backup. Can't be used together with Dental Intel.
Again it is super easy to use and allows you to have real time progress in how thins are going in the clinic so we know where we need to improve or what is going well at all times.
Occasionally the server fails to update and I have to write in to let them know.
These are helpful as a snapshot into how the previous week went and to ensure the statistics are trending in the right direction.
Limited in some data tracking in Chirotouch integration. I.e. Patient Information tracking).
Overall pleased with our experience with BlueIQ. It has been a good tool for keeping our team on track.
Set-up was easy, but having team members who aren't tech savvy use it on a daily or even weekly basis was a struggle.
Definitely unique as it is integrated with our EHR (CT) and there's nothing like it. Easy to use, clean interface, user friendly, attentive support.
The features rollout has been slow during the pandemic, but I am not sure that is something that they can even control.
